Takuto Matsunoki

Takuto Matsunoki born in Tokyo, Japan have started learning violin when he was four.  ​He had lived in Indonesia in 1993-1998, 2001-2005 with his family and had studied at Jakarta  International School (JIS). At that time he had played concertmaster of JIS   Orchestra, Indonesia Youth Orchestra and also had invited as a soloist of Gloriamus Orchestra.

​In 2004 and 2005 he had passed audition and attended IMIC, music institution in U.S.A. and received diploma. In 2012 he have been selected by Tokyo  International Association of Artists for the gala concert and performed piano trio and at Tchaikovski Piano Trio Competition in Aomori, Japan, he won second prize.

He has studied violin under Takashi Shimizu, Masaoki (Mike) Inoue, Masayuki Kino, Toshiro Yokoyama, Sharon Eng, and chamber music with Eiji Arai and Mazumi Tanamura. At Tokyo College of Music, he have played a concertmaster of school orchestra and after graduation in 2013, he has continued his postgraduate studies of performance there.

Since in the school until now, he have played at first violin section of professional orchestras in Japan such as Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra as a nonpermanent member. In 2013 he has   welcomed by New York Symphony Ensemble as a fellowship member and since then he have travelled throughout Japan for concert tour every year. In 2014, CD of clarinet trio was released.

Takuto joined in Schelm Quartet ever enliven the 25th Anniversary of Gloriamus event in 5 November 2016 and this time Kaito returned to Jakarta to help Gloriamus Philharmonia in the 10th PGTI Anniversary

 

Kaito Ikeda

Kaito Ikeda was born in Kitakyushu, Japan. He started learning violin when he was two. He won a prize in 57th and 61st Japan Music Competition for Students and also he    received Espouir Award in 5th Osaka International music competition in Japan. In 2009 he was  invited by Bayern state youth  orchestra in Germany as a principal   violist for winter music tour.

He has performed with Kyushu Symphonic Orchestra and Wakiagaru Music Festival Orchestra as a soloist. He is a member of Pitre strings orchestra and Lolie Strings Quartet which mainly performs contemporary and world premier music. He has studied violin under Seiji Kageyama and Masayuki Kino.

He has started studying to conduct in 2007 and has conducted KAITO  philharmonic, Otowa philharmonic and Festival orchestra of Tokyo college of Music in 2012-2014. Also he conducted many orchestras for the recording, elementary school's music  education program and others.  Kaito is undergraduate of Tokyo College of Music on honored scholarship by Kitakyushu city foundation.
